Professional Summary
Hi! My name is Kelly Watson and I design accessible, learner-centered instruction for adult and K-12 learners. My work includes full LMS courses, interactive eLearning, animated instructional video, and onboarding programs, all built to manage cognitive load and tested against WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. I’ve designed a grade-wide interdisciplinary curriculum, trained adult teams through onboarding and professional development, and grown a publication program’s gross sales to over $120,000. I hold an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Educational Technology.
