Instructional Media

Productive Conflict Management Infographic

Project: An infographic for corporate employees on managing workplace conflict productively.

My role: I made the copy and designed the infographic for an adult professional audience.

Outcome: A single-page visual reference that condenses conflict management strategies into a format adult learners can scan and return to on the job.

Audio Design Project

Project: An original instructional audio piece created to walk an adult learner through a scenario.

My role: I recorded and edited the audio.

Outcome: A finished audio resource. The recording and editing skills from this project carried into the narration and audio cleanup for my later instructional videos.

Storyboard: Customer De-escalation Training Video

Project: A five-scene storyboard for a short training video for adult professionals at a large tech company. The video models de-escalation, active listening, and empathy during a stressful customer call, aligned to two objectives from a corporate stress and conflict management course.

My role: I analyzed the audience, wrote the script lines, and planned the shot type, camera angle, and camera movement for each scene.

Outcome: A production-ready plan, plus revisions I identified to strengthen engagement: on-screen captions for each technique, a mid-video reflection prompt, and music that shifts from tense to calm as the call resolves.

TAPAC Instructional Video

Project: A two-minute animated video that walks IB MYP sophomores through TAPAC (Text type, Author, Purpose, Audience, Context), using Dorothy Waugh’s 1934 PSA poster “Pure or Polluted?” as the model text. It is the video resource for Module 2 of Exploring IB-Thought through Text.

My role: I wrote the script, built a 10-shot storyboard, produced the video in Canva, and reviewed it against my own QA checklist.

Outcome: I revised the video based on instructor and peer feedback. Each TAPAC step is now explained as the model reaches it, and I cut four slides so the strongest sections could go into more depth.
